Technical Sales Senior Engineer or Technical Sales Manager (m/f)

We are growing world-wide and looking for an technical sales specialists either senior engineering or junior management level) located in Dresden Germany to work close with our customer base worldwide.

In this role you are responsible to identify areas within our customers operations and development environment that offers business opportunity to HSEB. As a result of close cooperation with the customers you recommend a technical and commercial solution based on our standard products or customised development.

You are the facilitator and engine of a given customer project from first contacts to technical and commercial offers, negotiations and finale system installation as well as post sales customer support.

In order to meet this brought task you cooperate closely with our customer technology and commercial specialists, our product development and service/application groups as well as the field sales and service teams.

The positions scope will be adjusted to the candidates background and experience and will growth over time with increasing experience and performance of the candidate.
You are part of the account and sales teams and have direct and significant influence on HSEB´s success.
Your reporting line is direct to the CEO of the company. The position is located in the Dresden Headquarter of HSEB.

In order to meet the challenges of this exciting role we are looking for professionals with the following skills:

  • Higher degree in engineering, physics/chemistry or similar.
  • 3-5 year of experience in semiconductor equipment application, technical sales at an equipment vendor or as a process engineer in a leading Semiconductor Fab. Preferable metrology and inspection tools but open to other technology area´s as well.
  • Mature understanding of business environment
  • Hands-on character with strong can-do mentality
  • Used to work independently and self-motivated but strong believer in team work
  • 100% customer focused and acts as the customer advocate within the organisation
  • Able to communicate and establish relationship with multiple levels from Engineering to Senior Management of global multinational companies
  • High professional and quality thinking that is maintained also under high pressure
  • Very good English skills and high cultural sensitivity. German and Chinese is would be a plus but not required
  • Willing to travel to all major semi regions worldwide but with focus on Asia: ~25% of working time and in peak times also higher.
